The Beaudry at 755 South Figueroa Street
Los Angeles, California
Marmol Radziner / LARGE Architecture

MOSO Studio was commissioned to produce CGI architectural renderings for 755 South Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles — a project completed in 2023 and known as The Beaudry.
Designed by Marmol Radziner with LARGE Architecture as executive architect, and developed by Brookfield Properties, the 64-story tower rises 695 feet at the intersection of 7th and Figueroa Streets. Its 785 residential units range from studios to three bedrooms.

Completed in 2023, The Beaudry became the tallest residential tower in Los Angeles and in California at the time of its opening. General contractor Webcor Construction oversaw the build; structural engineering by Magnusson Klemencic Associates. The project permit valuation was $260 million.

The Beaudry is the third and final structure in a master-planned mixed-use superblock first conceived in the 1980s by developer Robert Maguire, who also built the adjacent FIGat7th retail mall and the 777 Figueroa and EY Center office towers. Amenities include a sky lounge on the 57th floor, landscaped terraces, a pool, co-working lounges, and a golf simulator. A publicly accessible staircase between 7th and 8th Streets addresses a 36-foot grade change across the site.

MOSO Studio's photorealistic exterior CGI renderings were produced to support Brookfield's pre-sales and marketing programme while the concrete superstructure was rising, visualising the completed tower within the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.
