Plans for studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations are included in the building, which was created by Marmol Radziner and Large Architecture. The permit’s initial assessment was $260 million. The projected completion date is 2022. Additionally, 960 West 7th Street is occasionally given as the location’s address.

MOSO studio was commissioned to produce CGI Architectural Renderings.
